This flexibility and doubling of the production capacity in the factory allows even the most complex of tenders to be addressed. The production facilities now include sous vide cooking, oven baking and hand crafted products with defined costings and serving options making the products cost effective and competitive for all customers.

KK is already established in the National Health Service and various Education institutions and are regularly tendering successfully to other sectors. A variety of distribution systems are available that can reduce delivery times to 48 hours. The new product development teams at KK work regularly with the tender principals.
