Spicy Vegetable Enchiladas

2 tortillas filled with vegetables in a spicy tomato sauce, topped with a creamy cheese sauce and sprinkled with cheddar cheese
-Wild Rice, Spinach & Honey Roast – Wild and brown rice sauteed with spinach and mixed nuts, bound with cheddar and crème fraiche, topped with seasonal vegetables, flavoured with honey and port.

Sous Vide

Sous Vide, the French term for ‘under vacuum’, is a method of cooking that is intended to maintain the integrity of ingredients by heating them for an extended period of time at relatively low temperatures.

Designed to increase tenderness and flavour the food is cooked for a long time, sometimes well over 24 hours. But unlike a slow cooked, sous-vide cooking uses airtight plastic bags placed in hot water well below boiling point (usually around 60?C=140?F).

The method is used in a number of top-end restaurants under Thomas Keller, Paul Bocuse, Joel Robuchon, Charlie Trotter and other chefs. We are now equipped and able to offer the ‘Sous Vide’ method of cooking to our customers.

As the UKs favourite meat we have created fabulous chicken dishes from around the world including British favourites such as Chicken Tikka to authentic Chicken Satay Noodles.

Beef

We offer a number of slow cooked (sous vide) beef dishes. Many classics can be found on our menu that offer provenance.

Lamb is a favourite on most menus. At KK we aim to offer you dishes that appeal to all tastes, covering all ethnic cuisine from Morrocan Meatballs to Lamb Mousakka.
